Baw ......... !!!!

Unca Annu and his family in Mexico sent me this amazing present!

It's a big bag full of baws!

I love it!

But it's a tent too!

I love it!

You can play 'kee-kee' (this is Sam's version of peek-a-boo -----Dado's clarification)

But best of all you can get in it!

I love it!

I love it!

I love it!

A beautiful musical reminder of what the season is about ...

Dado here! I was at the Moody Bible Institute's Pastor's Conference a few years back. One of the musical artists there was a fella by the name of Andrew Peterson. He is an amazing song writer, even for kids! It's Sam's favourite CD at the moment in the car. This is a Christmas song from another album (Behold the Lamb). It is sung by a lady called Jill Phillips, with scenes of the Nativity to help paint the picture. Enjoy! The Lord has come! Merry Christmas from our family to yours! And a Happy Prosperous New Year!

A premature prezzie!

Mum thought I looked all played out the other day so she threw a new thing into the mix! She brought out this blue thing that made a crinkle noise every time I touched it. It had snow men on it and I liked it. She said it was from Gran and Grandpa in Scotland!

I gripped it and ripped it! (Good golf technique, Dado tells me!)

And out it popped!

Wasn't quite sure what it was...

Then Mum told me! It's a sleep pod / bag to keep me snug and warm in bed in the winter! I was very pleased!

And then started to play with the paper again ....

Christmas Family Picture 2008

A Visit with Rachie

Last weekend we went to visit my friend Rachie and have some dinner. I had a GREAT time and loved exploring her house...I didn't stop the whole time I was there.

Hmm...knitting needles or drum sticks??

Now what could be in here?

Giving Rachael her birthday present..I think she liked it!!

Now where did those kitties run off to?

Checking out Rachael's beautiful Christmas village with Dado. Definitely "a look but don't touch" moment.

A Walk on the Boardwalk

After getting on all my winter woolies we headed down to the boardwalk for a stroll. It was a gorgeous day but REALLY chilly!

Mum and me.

Checking out the view.

Isn't it beautiful?

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

These snowpants are pretty nifty!

Getting all zipped up!

Now for the mitts..

Trying to get all this gear on can get pretty topsy-turvy!

A train from Germany

Gran & Granpa sent me this wee tree ornament and I helped Mummy hang it on the tree. It is a wooden train that they got while they were in Germany this summer! Very international!

Looks good even if I do say so myself...thanks Gran and Granpa!!

Stockings and Snowmen

A tree isn't the only thing that has appeared in our house now that it is Christmas. There are all kinds of interesting things for me to explore!!

These are the biggest socks I have EVER seen! (FYI - Last year I fit in one of these stockings, no chance of that this year!)

An ice skating snowman... what will they ever think of next??

TREE, TREE!!

When I woke up last Sunday morning the most amazing thing had happened!! A tree had grown in our living room...it was soo beautiful and all I want to do now is touch it and pull these pretty things called "decorations" off. But what does it all mean??

What is THAT?

A look of wonder...

Is it safe to touch this?

Too beautiful to resist...

I LOVE Christmas!!

Posing for a Picture

Miss Doyle made me a lovely quilt when I was born and Mummy thought it was about time I got a picture taken sitting on it. Sounds easy right?? I think you will see from these pics that it was A LOT easier said than done!!

A picture is worth a thousand words...

Can't catch me...

Think I'll just have a wee walk...

CHEESE (note the eyes are closed, just like Mummy)...

This will have to do..thank you Miss Doyle!

Swiffers and Brooms

Daddy says that Mummy is a "neat freak" so I see her using the broom quite often. It actually looks kinda fun and I thought I would try it out for myself. Mummy wonders if I will still be so keen to use the broom a few years from now!
